While it's free, are there any add-on premium services?
Tagizmo is completely free. While sites like Pocket can charge up to $4.99/month, we've chosen to keep the features simple and focus on the core needs of a user. That keeps costs down.
What makes Tagizmo different?
Tagizmo is built around organization and recall — not just saving. Smart Search, Multi-Filtering, tagging, site caching, and GTD-style calendaring are all designed to help you quickly find what you've saved, rather than just piling up links you'll never see again.
How does the Smart Search and Multi-Filtering work?
Smart Search lets you search across descriptions, URLs, notes, and tags simultaneously. Multi-Filtering lets you narrow results by applying multiple tags at once — so if you saved something tagged "health" and "recipes," you can filter by both to zero in instantly.
What is site 'caching'?
When you save a website, Tagizmo will do its best to immediately save the site content — images and text — to your Tagizmo Inbox. This includes PDF files. (Pocket charges $4.99/month for this service and they don't save PDF site content!)
How does Site Calendaring work?
When viewing saved sites in your Tagizmo Inbox, you have three options: (1) Leave it in the Inbox. (2) Archive it. (3) Set a date in the future to remind you of the site. This feature brings a GTD (Getting Things Done) approach to Tagizmo. Email notifications are also available.
What are my browser options?
Within Chrome, you can use the extension option. For other browsers, a bookmarklet option is available. When using your iOS device, you can use the Safari or Chrome browser with the Tagizmo iPhone app.
What's on the horizon for Tagizmo? (And will it cost?)
We're continuously adding features based on user feedback. Our goal is to keep the core product free. If you have ideas for what would help your productivity,
